I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location, right on the water, offered stunning views of the lake. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and I loved the outside shower and bath tub. I also appreciated the amenities provided such as the tea and coffee facilities and the in-room safe. The service overall was top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Had a fantastic Easter stay! the hotel is perfectly located with breathtaking views. We enjoyed the delicious cuisine at the restaurant and the relaxing massages at the spa. the staff were all very friendly and made us feel at home.
That there were limited activities to do onsite. We had to venture outside of the hotel to find more things to do.

Great location with stunning views of the lake, comfortable and clean rooms with beautiful terraces, and fantastic staff who were always courteous, friendly and attentive to my needs. Boat tours of the lake were easily accessible, and I was able to visit nearby attractions conveniently.

Our bungalow was on top of the water, with a beautiful view of the area. the resort was located in an area with plenty to explore, though the next restaurant wasn't close, and a place 4km away. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast had a nice mix of Asian and Western items.
The service at the reception was a bit unpleasant.

Amazing view and great service. We stayed at a room with a patio and the view was fantastic! The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and we took advantage of the bike tour option, which made for a fun adventure.
Higher transportation rates. Although the hotel itself was great, the taxi rates to get to the location and the boat sightseeing were expensive.

The hotel is amazing, with beautiful lake views and bungalows. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are superb, with comfortable beds and stunning views. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and the sunset and sunrise views are phenomenal.
Cannot find any fault.
